We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our weekly Community Hub officially opened its doors yesterday, Saturday 22nd August! It was a beautiful day of connection, and a true privilege to bring vital practical, digital, and wellbeing support straight to our neighbours here in Whitefield.
Operating from our base at the Elms Community Centre on Green Lane, our hub runs every Saturday from 10:30am to 1:00pm. We are here to serve everyone in the community by offering a completely free food pantry alongside a dedicated “Digital Cafe” to tackle poverty, isolation, and digital exclusion together.

Driven by the biblical principle from 2 Corinthians 5:14 that “Christ’s love compels us,” we maintain a policy of unconditional love. We warmly welcome all individuals to our hub, irrespective of their faith or background.
Free Food Pantry & Digital Support
To help local families tackle the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, our Food Pantry offers essential non-perishable groceries entirely free of charge, though voluntary donations are always accepted.
Running right alongside the pantry shelves is our Digital Cafe. As an official member of the National Digital Inclusion Network in partnership with the Good Things Foundation, we have set up this space to eliminate digital poverty. Our friendly volunteer “Digital Champions” provide a supportive, “human face” to technology. We are here to help you navigate digital needs, access essential government services, and build online confidence without ever feeling embarrassed by a lack of skills.

Our opening day drew warm praise from our visitors, including local resident Ben Shatliff, who came along to grace the launch, show his support, and interview us about our vision.

Beyond our physical Saturday hub services, we are fully committed to supporting your comprehensive well-being.
